The puzzle has two solutions. Some other chitori from this section and more than two. My personal opinion is that in such puzzles there should be strictly one solution, any duals have no right to exist. Moreover, in this type of puzzles, you can generate a huge set of fields and easily check them for the uniqueness of the solution.
