According to the rules of this fishing the fish aren't biting for 10 reasons:
1. Today it's too cold
2. Today is too hot
3. Assholes on the motorboat and scared all the fish away,
4. Assholes on the next boat overfed fish bait
5. The fish spawn
6. Fish poisoned by sewage
7. Here biting only home of the maggots
8. Not yet that time of year for fishing,
9. Is not the time of year for fishing,
10. Our government can't bite!
